A commission is confirmed the moment a payment is captured — but it is held while the money settles. Card and UPI payments reach Brain Grain on Razorpay's settlement cycle (typically 2 working days), and bank holidays push that out. On top of settlement we keep a short buffer so a refund can't leave anyone paid from money we returned.
Your dashboard shows exactly where each commission stands — clearing (still in the settlement window), available (safe to pay) or paid. Payouts go to your UPI; each one is dated for the earliest working day it can safely be sent.
