Before you submit anywhere: check the journal yourself
This site does not name journals, does not recommend where to submit, and cannot tell you what is indexed — indexing changes, titles are added and discontinued, and anyone who tells you otherwise from memory is guessing. Scholars are steered into predatory journals by exactly that kind of confident naming, usually by email, usually promising speed.
Verify a title at the publisher's own source, never from a claim in an invitation: Scopus Sources for Scopus, and the journal's entry in DOAJ for open access. If a title is not in the list, it is not indexed, whatever the email says.
