CUET practice on the pattern that actually bites
50 questions in 60 minutes, +5 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one, out of 250. The negative marking is the part most free practice quietly leaves out, and it is the part that decides whether guessing helps you or costs you.
The paper you will sit
Each CUET domain paper is 50 compulsory questions in 60 minutes; a candidate picks up to 5 subjects from 37, alongside the General Aptitude Test. Pattern as conducted in the 2026 cycle — NTA had not published the 2027 notification when this page was written, so confirm it on the official portal before you plan around it. Pick a subject
The questions were written against the NCERT Class 12 syllabus that CUET domain papers draw on — which is why they fit — but they are not past CUET papers and were not written to CUET's difficulty profile. NTA's stated position is that the domain syllabus is the whole of Class 12 and excludes Class 11, so nothing from the Class 11 banks is used here.
