Strategy tip: With strict 20-minute sectional timing in Prelims, prioritise accuracy and attempt only questions where you can eliminate at least two options. Strong candidates clear the sectional and overall cut-offs with high accuracy rather than maximum attempts.
Month 1 — Build speed: Quantitative Aptitude (simplification, number series, arithmetic, basic DI) and Reasoning (puzzles, seating arrangement, syllogism, inequalities). These decide Prelims, so practise daily with a timer.
Month 2 — English + Banking Awareness: English (reading comprehension, cloze test, para jumbles, error spotting) and start Banking & Financial Awareness (RBI, monetary policy, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, NABARD/SEBI) for Mains. Read one current-affairs source daily.
Month 3 — Mocks with sectional timing: Daily sectional tests under the 20-minute limit, then 2-3 full mocks per week. Analyse every error and revise weak areas. Speed and accuracy under sectional timing decide the result.
