Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid AI Access

Paid AI access is a digital learning service. Once payment is verified and access is activated, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind or unused time.

When We May Refund

• Duplicate payment for the same plan.
• Payment debited but access was not activated after reasonable verification.
• Major service failure that prevents use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

How to Request

Email thebraingrain@gmail.com with name, phone, payment date, amount, Cashfree/order reference, and issue details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment partner timelines.

Cancellation

If recurring plans are introduced, cancellation instructions will be provided before purchase. Current one-time digital access plans expire based on the plan validity shown at purchase.
