About Brain Grain
Brain Grain Learning Centre (UDYAM-TN-02-0446699) provides educational study resources for students in Classes 6–12 (Samacheer Kalvi and other boards) and aspirants preparing for TET, CTET, TNPSC, SSC CGL, RRB NTPC, UPSC CSE, and related competitive exams. The platform includes study notes, question answers, question papers, AI academic doubt support, XP-based study progress tracking, reviews, and support tools. Operated by Amul. Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Academic Use Only
The AI doubt solver is only for school subjects, textbook concepts, exam preparation, and real-life applications connected to lessons. Off-topic, harmful, abusive, illegal, or non-academic requests may be rejected or limited. The XP system, study streaks, and leaderboard are designed to encourage genuine study; manipulation or artificial inflation of scores is not permitted.
No Guarantee of Marks or Accuracy
We work to keep content useful and accurate, but mistakes may occur. Always cross-check with your textbook, school teacher, official board materials, and exam instructions. Brain Grain does not guarantee marks, ranks, pass results, admissions, or academic outcomes.
User Responsibilities
- Do not misuse the site, payment flow, AI solver, support forms, review forms, or XP system.
- Do not submit illegal, harmful, hateful, or sensitive personal information.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell, or republish Brain Grain content without written permission.
- Use login and paid access only for your own account or family/student use as intended.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, tamper with XP or streak data, or interfere with other users.
Minors and Parental Consent
Brain Grain serves students who may be under 18 years of age. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), processing personal data of a child (under 18) requires verifiable parental or guardian consent. By permitting a minor to use Brain Grain's features that involve personal data (login, support forms, AI doubts, payments), the parent or guardian confirms they have given such consent. Parents or guardians who wish to withdraw consent or request deletion of a child's data may contact us at thebraingrain@gmail.com.
Payments and Access
Paid AI access, if purchased, is activated only after payment verification via Cashfree. Fair usage limits, abuse checks, and account safety controls apply. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Institutional Access (Schools and Colleges)
Brain Grain plans to offer subscription products for schools and educational institutions. Terms for institutional access, including usage rights, data handling, administrator responsibilities, and billing, will be published and agreed upon separately before any institutional subscription is activated. These Terms apply to individual users until specific institutional terms are in effect.
Reviews and Support
Reviews and support messages must be genuine and respectful. We may remove spam, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant submissions without notice.
Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the site, content, pricing, features, policies, and these terms when needed. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Brain Grain after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
